• ဝယ်ယူပြီးပစ္စည်းများအား ငွေပြန်မအမ်းပေးပါ။ မိမိဝယ်ယူသွားစဉ်က စမ်းသပ်ပေးလိုက်သော အခြေအနေ အတိုင်းဖြစ်မှသာလဲလှယ်ပေးပါသည်။

• ကွန်ပျူတာ ဝယ်ယူသည့်နေ့မှစ၍ အစိတ်အပိုင်းများ (CPU၊ Motherboard, RAM, Storage Device SSD & M.2 NVME, Graphic Card) တို့အတွက် ၃ နှစ်အမခံ ရရှိပါမည်။

• Storage Device HDD အတွက် ၂ နှစ်အာမခံရရှိပါမည်။

• GPU Mining  အတွက်အသုံးပြုလျှင် ၆ လအာမခံသာရှိပါမည်။

• Computer Power Supply, System Fan နှင့် CPU Fan တို့အတွက် ၁ နှစ်အာမခံရရှိပါမည်။

• မီးအားမငြိမ်ခြင်း၊ မီးအားအတက်အကျကြောင့် လောင်ကျွမ်းပျက်စီးခြင်းများအာမခံ ခံစားခွင့်မပေးပါကြောင်း အသိပေးအပ်ပါသည်။

• Computer Parts Circuit Board များပေါ်တွင် ရေငွေ့ရိုက်ခြင်း ရေစိုခြင်းများကြောင့် ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာတတ်သော ဆားပေါက် ပျက်စီးခြင်းကို အာမခံ လုံးဝ လုံးဝ မပေးပါကြောင်း အသိပေးအပ်ပါသည်။

• Computer System Unit များ တစ်စုံတစ်ခု ချွတ်ယွင်းပျက်စီးခဲ့ပါက Services ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများအတွက် မူရင်းစက်ရုံသို့ပြန်လည်ပေးပို့ပြီးစစ်ဆေးပေးပါမည်။ ပို့ဆောင်ရက်မှာ ပုံမှန်အားဖြင့် (၂) ပတ် မှ (၅) ပတ်ခန့်အထိကြာမြင့်နိုင်ပါမည်။ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုအချိန်ကာလအတွင်း ကွန်ပျူတာ အသုံးပြု ချောမွေ့စေရန်အတွက် တစ်ခြားသော အစိတ်အပိုင်းများနှင့် အစားထိုးလဲလှယ်ပေးနိုင်ရန် Instock စ္စည်းများရှိပါက အတတ်နိုင်ဆုံး ကြိုးစားပေးသွားပါမည်။ 

• Monitor အာမခံများတွင် ဝယ်ယူထားသော အမှတ်တံဆိပ်ပေါ်မူတည်၍ (၁) နှစ်မှ (၃) နှစ်အထိ အာမခံချက်ရရှိပါမည်။

• Keyboard, Mouse, Earphone (၁) နှစ် အာမခံချက်ရရှိပါမည်။ အာမခံရရှိရန် Packaging (ဘူးခွံ) ပါသိမ်းထားပေးရပါမည်။

• Gaming Chair နှင့် Gaming Table အတွက် အာမခံ ဝန်ဆောင်မှု ရရှိမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။

• UPS Battery (၁) နှစ် အာမခံ, UPS circuit board (၂) နှစ် အာမခံရရှိပါမည်။

• Service လာပြသောကွန်ပျူတာများအတွက် အာမခံကဒ်ပြား/ဘောက်ချာ တစ်ပါတည်းယူဆောင်လာရမည်။ စုတ်ပြဲ အစွန်းအထင်း ပေးနေသော အာမခံကဒ်ပြား/ဘောက်ချာ များအာမခံ အတွက် အကျုံးဝင်မည်မဟုတ်ပါ။

No refunds will be given for items purchased. We will only exchange it if it is in the condition you tested at the time of purchase.

Please note that the computer parts circuit board does not guarantee salt damage caused by water vapor.

All computer system parts ( CPU, Motherboard, RAM, Storage Device SSD & M.2 NVME, Graphic Card) have 3 years part & services warranty.

Storage Device HDD have 2 year part & services warranty.

GPU use for mining only has 6 month's warranty

Computer Power Supply and System Fan have 1 year part warranty.

No Warranty for Computer parts circuit boards damaged by salt damage caused by water vapor

No Warranty for Computer parts Circuit burn caused by high voltage.

Computer system parts warranty need to send back to its original factory for servicing which may normally take 2-5 weeks. We will manage to give you a replacement part so your computer can still work during your servicing time. 

Monitor

Monitor has 1-3 years warranty depending on the brand you buy.

Keyboard, Mouse, Earphone.

The keyboard, Mouse, Earphone has a 1-year warranty depending` on the brand you buy.

Gaming Chair has no Warranty.

Gaming Table has no Warranty.

UPS Battery has 1-year Warranty. UPS circuit board has 2-year Warranty.

You must bring your Warranty-card/Voucher with you for service computers. Torn, Stain Warranty-card/Voucher will not be covered for warranty.
